Due to limited resources, our free legal services are limited. At a minimum*, you must:
– Be at or below 125% of the federal poverty guideline for full services; 300% for limited services
– Be off probation or parole:
o 5 years for felony convictions
o 4 years for gross misdemeanor convictions
o 2 years for petty misdemeanors or misdemeanors
– Not have any outstanding court fines or restitution
– Not be required to register as a predatory offender
– Not be seeking expungement of a traffic record, record in other states, or federal cases
